Should you decide to hire W&K, you sign a management agreement with us and give notice to your current management company.

Our transition team will take the lead on this and promise that the process will be seamless and successful for board members and homeowners.

5 Introduce W&K to Your Community

Welcome to W&K! W&K will announce the change and introduce our systems and team to the homeowners by way of electronic, hard copy and video message. Our goal is to make sure everyone knows how to access their account information and how to contact W&K with any questions or concerns.
